All Vandal Guard laminate sales are final, except for verified manufacturing defects, products damaged during shipping, fulfillment errors, or circumstances in which applicable law requires a remedy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Returns of material for inspection require prior written authorization.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Vandal Guard USA ships products to eligible destinations as displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery timeframes are provided during the ordering process.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Vandal Guard USA warrants its anti-graffiti laminate against defects in materials and workmanship when the product has been properly stored, handled, and applied in accordance with published instructions.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from improper application, unsuitable substrates, improper storage, misuse, or use inconsistent with our published product specifications.

Under our published limited warranty, our standard remedy for verified manufacturing defects is repair or replacement of the defective product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability under this limited warranty is subject to the limitations stated in our published warranty. Refunds and other remedies remain available where required by law.
